S.M.A.R.T. is reporting errors for the disk.
You may need to exchange the disk.
You can also login with Putty and run the tool to check the reported errors:
- smartctl -q silent -t short /dev/sda
- wait two minutes
- smartctl -q errorsonly -a /dev/sda
No output means, that no errors where found.
