Before the call is connected to an agent, specific information about the caller such as calling number (CLIP), customer number, etc., is collected. When nobody is able to answer the call immediately, the caller can leave a voice-mail message. In this way, agenTel can answer your calls 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, without having to maintain staff around the clock.
