FAQ:

I deal since some weeks with an ISDN provider about this thing called CLIP no screening, because I like to see the caller ID if I have set a diversion to my mobile. What is CLIP no screening?

Answer:

Technically spoken, CLIP no screening allows an endpoint (in this case the ipxxx attached to the ISDN trunk) to send calling party information which is not verified ("screened") by the provider. Usually, this results in 2 calling party infos to be sent: one containing the un-screened originally info sent by the endpoint and one added by the provider and thus verified ("screened"). These info elements then are attributed as "user provided, not screened" and "network provided, screened" (in theory, also "user provided, screened" may appear). In fact, the feature you are asking for makes you pay for the fact that your provider does NOT do something (verify and in case remove your party information).
