I have a problem with a ip21 and a fax. It can receive incoming fax but not send any. I think the problem is the dialing. The fax sends out one digit at the time and the PBX (ip800 fw 6), directy dials up the trunkline (SIP). How do I solve this problem?

Answer:

It looks like an overlap dialing problem force the IP21 to enblock dialing.

So in the route from the IP21 to your ip800 - enable the flag enblock dialing, the IP21 will wait up to 4 seconds and then it sends the whole number.
