Answer:
The limitation of the IP202 is based on the hardware. It shouldn't be a problem to replicate 200 users but the registration and signaling is limited to 10 - 20 users. Thats why innovaphone recommends to use the IP202 only with 10 registered users.
Due the fact that nobody has done that yet, you have to test it before. Be aware that there are also older version of the IP202 with 2 MB Flash and 4 MB RAM. Newer hardware revision are equiped with 4 MB Flash and 8 MB RAM.
