No, unfortunately not.

The file is "burned in" to the flash and does not allow any volume adjustment.

Of course, if need be, you can take the MOH as an mp3, edit as required (using CoolEdit e.g.) and load the modified file from a web server.

The MOH can be downloaded from the inno download page as an mp3.
