The product has not been tested by innovaphone. However, it is a purely passive solution that needs access to un-encrypted SIP voice traffic. As from V7, voice traffic is encrypted and signaling is based on H.323 for internal calls by default, it cannot be recorded using Total Recall. However, the product might be an option if recording is limited to calls on the ISDN or SIP trunk.
