Basic Functions

Analysis Functions

PhoneStat analyses communication trafic and delivers a detailed overview of the communication utilisation within the enterprise like: average waiting period for callers, workload of call agents, time of responses, lost calls, hotline peaks.

Graphical data representation

Analysis can be visualized by various charts.

Enhancement Prof / Web / Client-Server

The report generator can create predefined reports periodically. These customised reports are delivered automatically to the individual user via e-mail or filed as a HTML / XML document for further processing. Analysis of communications data at multiple workstations is possible due to the enclosed Client-Server license.

PhoneStat is a Call Accounting System for analysis of communication data. PhoneStat is a Windows application/service for Call Accounting in small and medium enterprises of all branches with flexible scalability. In addition to traditional Call Accounting (allocation of call costs and charging) PhoneStat also provides data analysis of communication traffic in enterprises. PhoneStat is a flexible controlling instrument supporting economical considerations by offering transparent user defined reports of communication traffic.

Summary

PhoneStat is a software solution which collects call data delivered by the PBX system and evaluates this data according to defined parameters. The software solution integrates seamlessly in the customers environment and can be installed on a standard x86 server or virtual machine. A comfortable graphical user interface and role-based user rights offer intuitive evaluation of call data from one or more company sites.
