FAQ: What plattforms support the innovaphone mrs (aka cycos mrs)

Answer: The "innovaphone mrs" with EasySetup is a descendant of the cycos mrs system 5.1. As such it has the same platform requirements.

The newer innovaphone mrs easy setup 6.1 - is based on Cycos Mrs 6.1

**Note** innovaphone mrs (both versions) are discontinued at innovaphone -  please contact cycos direct.

cycos defines these requirements:

Microsoft Windows 2000 Server (SP2) or Microsoft Windows 2000 Advanced Server (SP2)

When using Microsoft 2003 Server then only Mrs 6.1 will work.(mrs 5.5 does not support windows 2003 server)

Pentium III, 1GHz 
512 MB RAM 
36GB disk space 
floppy drive 
CD-ROM drive 
network adapter 
monitor display 15" minimum

cycos also recommends

tower or 19" housing 
RAID SCSI controller for redundant disk space (striping with parity or mirroring) 
redundant power supply 
uninterrupted power supply
