FAQ: Is it possible to register IP100 phone no the PBX using HW-ID like IP200?
Answer: When registering an IP100 to the PBX the H.323 Alias of the IP100 is assigned with the innovaphone HW-ID. If you enter the serial number in the H.323 Alias field of the IP100, the same should be entered in the HW-ID field at the PBX.
