Test - Setup - Configuration
As you can see in the screenshot taken from the PBX-Master, the stonevoice products have been configured as described in the installation manual.
There is only one minor flaw in the documentation.
When configuring the phone function key for MWI , make the following adjustments. For the MWI function key, also insert the H323 Name MWI in the textfield Name. The screenshot/description of the installation guide does not contain this seting.
Product Test
Stonevoice Voicemail
The main purpose of the VM test was to see if the software can operate as part of our location concept. The customer has a voicemail server in the main location, but wants to use it also for phones/users in the secondary location. Also tested were the supported codecs, as well as the supported transfer methods.

Stonevoice IVR
The main IVR test-issue was the compatibility with already existing innovaphone Waiting Queues. Beside that general tests, like codec and transfer support were done.
- only one demo IVR - project tested(Sample3-RepeatCode) - YES(after some bugfixing)
- call to innovaphone Waiting Queue. The WQ transfers the call to the IVR-System. - YES

- email could not be sent to participants, because of missing SMTP - Configuration
- not possible to take another participant into the conference by using Transfer/Conference feature of innovaphone phones

- MeetNow cannot register/authenticate at the PBX using a password - Meetnow does not support H.235.
- IVR-Studio cannot register/authenticate at the PBX using a password
Summary
SSAM
SSAM can be used as voicemail solution in a location concept. The not supported transfer function is in most real life scenarios unimportant. The Voicemails are indicated by MWI, and can be listened by direct dial from the phone. Threre were no interopability problems with innovaphone waiting queues.
StoneFax
StoneFax passed every test, least cost routing is done by innovaphone Gateway routes.
IVR
IVR still has some bugs, thats why it didn't leave a stable impression. However it supports innovaphone Waiting Queues and if tested before the installation, it could be a valiable IVR solution for your enviroment. A new IVR version will follow shortly, so lookout for updates in the IVR testreport.
MeetNow
MeetNow has alos some minor bugs, which somehow hamper the elsewhile good impression of the tool.
General impression I want to mention the good support stonevoice has offered, during this compatibility test. The usage of advanced remote desktop applications, allow the fast debugging of most problems.
