The App Services Voicemail is an App Service which can be installed on an innovaphone App Platform. It is used to store, delete and play the voicemails from the pbx.

Features

  • Database for voicemails
  • Visual Voicemail notification in myApps, Voicemail App on all myApps capable devices
  • Delete, Play and Download Voicemails
  • Message Waiting Indication (MWI) on innovaphone IP phones
  • Message Waiting Indication (MWI) standard based (according to H.450.7), can be used for 3rd party SIP and H.323 telephones
  • Email notification with or without a .wav attachment of the voicemail file
  • Available languages German, Danish, Dutch, English, Finnish, French, Italian, Norwegian, Polish, Portiuguese, Swedish, Spanish, and Czech
  • Custom XML voicemail scripts can be enabled

Voicemail App

Voicemail.png The Voicemail App delivers a visual presentation and management of your recorded voicemail messages:

  • Access to the user specific recorded voicemail messages
  • See the Caller-ID, Time of the voicemail message and the duration of the recorded voicemail message
  • Bacthcount for new unlisten messages
  • See difference between new and already listened voicemail messages
  • Play, Listen to the recorded voicemail message
  • Press call for direct Callback to the presented Caller-ID
  • Download the voicemail as a .WAV file for external storage or forward by email
  • Delete a voicemail message
