PBX Manager Plugin to configure Waiting Queues

Add a waiting queue

A new waiting queue can be added here. Initially only Long Name, Name and Number can be set. After it is added, the configuration can be edited.

Edit a waiting queue

By clicking on the waiting queue it is opened to be edited, or deleted.

Call forwardings

Call forward can be added to the waiting queue object

Announcements

Announcements can be selected from an App providing the com.innovaphone.files Api. This could be the innovaphone App Files

Agents

Agent groups and members of these agent groups can be configured. These groups are added to the waiting queue object

Settings

Configuration of different operation modes of the waiting queue

DTMF two stage dialing

DTMF maps can be added. DTMF which is input from a caller are matched to these maps and on a match the call is sent to the configured destination
