The ringing function can be controlled via a function key, with the Active and Idle states available for selection.

There are 4 Actions that can be defined for Do Not Disturb.

Action

  • do not ring - incoming calls continue to be displayed on the display.
  • reject call(busy) - caller gets busy, or the CFB is executed.
  • ignore call (no response) -call will be ignored or CFNR will be executed
  • out of office (ignore call and send absence message) - here a text can be entered- that text will be shown up as message at the caller. (this works only in-between the PBX , also in a multi side PBX scenario)

Applies to

  • default
  • any call
  • external calls
  • internal calls
