==Functions==
The IDECS (Integrated Dispatch and Emergency Control System) includes a standard SIP-Client is based on a Windows Operating System. It supports multiple registrations for redundancy to differed innovaphone PBX-Systems and works without any further server. There are different hardware systems available for using IDECS. 
Additional to the basic telephone features are short dial buttons, multiple LDAP Directories, multiple Conference rooms, prioritization of call, rule based call switch, local and central call recording, and more aviable. 
In almost all Emergency Control Centers of police, fire brigade, industry,… The radio (TETRA, DMR) is a main part. An important feature is PTT (Push to Talk) which can be used through the fitted PTT-key in the handset and on the touch screen.
