Upon account creation, you have the option to enter your email address and to have it verfied to "enable email functions". This will send a verfication email to the account you specified. You need to receive and open this email and follow the link provided.

We require all accounts to have a verified email address to avoid vandalism by users not being identified by a valid email address.
