We have been working with innovative communication solutions since 1998 and have constantly expanded our specialist knowledge. Driven by consistently recurring manufacturer training courses, we have focused on selected manufacturers.

Since 2007, we have operated a hosted PBX under the name Kapsch-Businesscom GmbH, which was expanded a few years later into an XaaS cloud solution under the name of K-Businesscom GmbH. Since then, we have been operating as a value-added distributor on the market with our solutions.

Due to the merger of K-Businesscom GmbH and CANCOM GmbH in 2024, a change in the area of voice distribution was also indispensable in order to counteract a consolidation of reseller and distribution business.

Since July 2024, we have been operating our solutions and distribution under the name of ITM GmbH, headquartered in Vienna.

ITM GmbH has been established as a supplier and system integrator in the field of voice and data communication since 1987. The consulting, analysis, planning, realization and support extends over numerous customers. Distribution of the existing voice products takes place via the contacts in Neuss.

Description

The Cloud-Manager provides a management interface for an innvaphone-based cloud and is aimed at operators and resellers.
The app allows to connect ERP or webshops through a middleware, which enables the rollout of PBXs, license management and billing.
Different authorization levels for operators and resellers.

Editions

Cloud-Manager Package

The package is used to operate a stand-alone solution. An API connection to third-party systems is not possible.
The Cloud Designer for customer PBXs is managed and licensed via a GUI.

Cloud-Manager Pro Package

The package is used to operate an extended solution.
An API connection to third-party systems is made possible using the middleware supplied.

Cloud-Manager Pro-S Package

The package is used for the operation of automated environments.
A web store including middleware enables an automated rollout of customer PBXs and enables the connection of further systems.

Prerequisites

The cloud environment requires a central management platform, (see Hosting) and installation of the cloud-designer app (see Cloud-Designer)

Configuration

Install the PBX-Designer via the App Store

Possibly you’ll have to go to AP Manager > App Store.
Search and install the newest K-Businesscom Cloud-Manager and Cloud-Designer.

Add an App instance

Select the newly installed App on the left of the screen, then click the Add button.

Fill in Cloud-Designer as Name, your PBX domain as Domain and both Passwords fields.
The other fields (Webserver path, Database name & user) are automatically generated, and should not be modified. Click Save to create the instance.

Start Cloud-Manager instance

The Cloud-Manager app is already started automatically. Now the instance you just created, should be started as well.

First click on Cloud-Designer on the left (Installed apps), then click on the instance to make the row turn blue. Now click on the Start-button.
