What is the Community Platform
We operate our own platform for all community activities at: https://community.innovaphone.com/
On the one hand, many functions are made available there for demo purposes, and on the other hand, we use the Connect App to stay in contact with partners and end customers, receive feedback and offer a platform for discussion and exchange.

Anyone can register an account here.
What content is this platform used for?
We will bring together our various services on this platform.
We currently use the community platform for the following services:
- Beta programs for new software versions
- Information on technical information, alerts and new releases (additionally to Twitter/X "innovaphone Tech")

- You will find a suitable channel for every official beta program. Example 14r1 Beta or 14r2 Beta

How to add and use a Channel?

1. Click on the three dots 2. Click "Pin channel"

After that, you find the Channel in your "Home" and can read/post on this Channel easily. If you would like to be actively informed about new posts, you can also use the ""Follow function (under the Pin channel)
How can I be actively notified about new content?
You can be notified about new "followed content" in the Connect App via push on your smartphone and/or browser, or by e-mail. To do this, you can simply use the standard function in the Connect App.
