Custom Wave (.wav) files for announcements or music or hold (MoH) can now be converted to raw media files (such as .g711a, .g711u, .g723, g.729. .g722) conveniently with an on-line tool available on http://www.innovaphone.com/en/support/convert.html .
Older methods (softcod, CFx interface) are deprecated thus.
