FAQ: Do you have a special telephone for hearing-impaired persons?

We don't have telephones specially designed for hearing-impaired persons. You will find plenty of such telephones on the market though which can be hooked to the innovaphone PBX using the IP21 analogue adapter.

Often it is enough to exhaust the possibilities of amplification to obtain a sufficient volume. See Howto:Adjusting the volume parameters on IP2xx

However, GN-Netcom has a headset in the portfolio that is geared towards hearing-impaired customers. It is the GN2100 Telecoil. Although we have not explicitly tested this version of the GN2100, we tested the standard version and it worked fine.
