Howto:E340/H340/I640 - SpectraLink - SIP Testreport

Summary

As shown by the test results below, there are severe interopability problems between SpectraLink WiFi phones and innovaphone PBXes. Only basic call features will work.

The overall WLAN speech quality left a very good impression. However the configuration of the extra needed Netlink SVP - Server and of the WiFi phones is very cumbersome. A web-interface for the SpectraLink devices would certainly speed up the initial deployment phase aswell as the maintenance process.
