If you want to use the IVR function on the IP800/IP6000 and IP202- you will need a voice promt.
for example :Press 1 for sales , 2 for support and so on.
This Voice File is a wav file (convertet into the codec you use in your Network, for example g.711)
and this wav file has to be on a web server (or on the compact flash with v6 sr1) - the innovaphone pbx plays this file from the web server(compact flash).
You have to configure the url in the waiting queue object at the IP800 .(see the related articels for waiting queue)
