Howto:How to reinstall the innovaphone TSP

I have removed the TSP by the ad/remove programs and rebooted the system. When i try to install the TSP i get an error! "cannot install more than 1 instance of this tsp! fitrst de-install it using control panel." What do i have to using server system 2003?

The normal soloution is :delete the Innovaphone TSP in the control pannel .

If this is not working here are the steps for the regedit


open the regedit

  • go to the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionTelephonyinnovaphone® PBX TAPI Service
  • delete the complete key
  • go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionTelephonyProviders
  • search for the Variable tsp5.tsp
  • the key therefore is"ProviderFilenameX", X is a number
  • note the number and delete value
  • delete the value from "ProviderIDX"
  • make sure, that the remaning value to "ProviderIDn" with n = 0 to X-1 form a range (With other Words: if was X 3 and you have after then ProviderId0 to ProviderID4 but you have know ProviderID3 , then rename ProviderID4 in ProviderID3. And rename ProviderFilename4 in ProviderFilename3
  • from NumProviders -1
  • Look in the Controlpanel, the TSP is now deleted
