MIA® MetaDirectory integrates data from various sources into a central directory and makes it available to both the telecommunications system and employees. The following functionality makes MIA® MetaDirectory an indispensable solution for efficient contact data management:

MIA® MetaDirectory: License packs and pricing
Product features
Each MIA® MetaDirectory licence includes the full range of functionality, and includes all updates and future enhancements. Licences for MIA® MetaDirectory are billed quarterly and are verified by the licence server. One licence is required per participating extension.
Licence packages
A variety of licence packages are available for the use of MIA® MetaDirectory. Each package is configured to accommodate a set number of extensions. The following options are available:
- 8 extensions package: €5,25 per month
- 14 extensions package: €9,68 per month
- 30 extensions package: €21,75 per month
- 85 extensions package: €41,25 per month
- 120 extensions package: €52,50 per month
- 270 extensions package: €96,75 per month
Additional licence packages are available on request.
Initial setup
An initial remote set-up in cooperation with your IT department would be charged at a flat rate of €300.
Licence system benefits
The MIA® MetaDirectory licence system offers the advantage that not every employee needs their own licence. Instead, the extension number is licensed. In a multi-shift operation, several employees can therefore access and benefit from MetaDirectory from the same extension number.
With MIA® MetaDirectory you can be assured that your contact data is always up-to-date and easily accessible, while benefiting from a flexible and cost-effective licence model.
