Howto:Provision a phone with internet access via Reverse proxy with an offline PBX

In some scenario, there is the need to provision phones from outside internet connected networks to a PBX that has no internet access.
Problem Details
The Reverse proxy where the phones send the provisioning request, has no entry for the correct path in the host to be able to reach the PBX offline provisioning server.
System Requirements
Internet access from extern to the Reverse proxy
Offline provisioning configured in the Device app for the PBX
Configuration
If you want to be able to provisioning phones using the offline provisioning method Reference13r1:Concept_Offline_Provisioning (because PBX has no internet access) from extern, you need to add this http url in the host entry of the Reverse proxy that redirect to the PBX ip address:
/INSTALL/provisioning.htm
