Description

This TIMIO. Contact Center App is used to integrate a full-featured CASERIS Omnichannel Contact Center into innovaphone myApps, providing agents with a fully embedded omnichannel workspace.
CASERIS and innovaphone share a common vision: powerful, sovereign communication software developed and operated in Germany. Both solutions are built on the principles of data sovereignty and GDPR compliance.
TIMIO. Contact Center complements the innovaphone myApps ecosystem without competing with it. While innovaphone provides the trusted telephony and UC foundation – PBX, presence and collaboration – TIMIO. Contact Center adds structured omnichannel customer dialogue: routing, IVR, AI-assisted workflows, email management, and real-time reporting.
The integration is deep: single sign-on, presence synchronisation, and a zero-installation experience for end users. TIMIO. launches directly from within myApps – no media breaks. Two German manufacturers. One architecture. Full data control.
Please note: This app does not include a Contact Center. A running full-featured CASERIS Omnichannel Contact Center instance is required for operation – either as an on-premise installation (TIMIO. CX Contact Center) or as a cloud subscription (TIMIO. 360, excluding Collaboration modules and telephony add-ons, as these are provided by innovaphone myApps).
