The installation and the use of the "myApps Cloud Service" requires the conclusion of a contract between the reseller and innovaphone. In a medium term, the process of signing this contract will be available through a specific contract portal on the web. As a interim solution, until this portal will be available, our partners may download the contract below:
The installation and the use of the "myApps Cloud Service" requires the conclusion of a set of documents between the reseller (or the end-user) and innovaphone. There is an online process in place, which will guide you through the process.

Use the following steps, to apply for a myApps Cloud instance:

After downloading the respective contract, please proceed like this:
* Fill out the fields (company and contact data, email addresses, etc.)
* Tick the check boxes, to accept the specific terms and conditions.
* Save the contract including including the above information, and
* send the contract to mailto:myApps-Cloudcontracts@innovaphone.com


After receiving the contract, innovaphone will check the information, assign a contract number and return the contract for signature to the partner.
* Use your already existing credentials to access [https://my.innovaphone.com my.innovaphone.com]
* The partner should print and physically sign the contract,
** In case you do not have an account yet, please create a new personal user account.<br />'''Notice:''' Please enter your valid business e-mail address including a company domain. As soon as innovaphone receives a scanned copy of the contract, the respective cloud instances will be created.

** Is the company already existing on my.innovaphone.com, kindly ask a responsible person to invite you to this company (button 'invite person', and enter your email address).
 
 
* For every single company, you might now add an independent contract (button 'add contract')
** If you have been invited to a company and you do not see the button 'add contract', check the 'Authorized persons'-tab and verify your permissions in this company account.

The article describes the order process of a myApps Cloud PBX.

The installation and the use of the "myApps Cloud Service" requires the conclusion of a set of documents between the reseller (or the end-user) and innovaphone. There is an online process in place, which will guide you through the process.

Use the following steps, to apply for a myApps Cloud instance:


  • Use your already existing credentials to access my.innovaphone.com
    • In case you do not have an account yet, please create a new personal user account.
      Notice: Please enter your valid business e-mail address including a company domain. Fictitious (such as it@..., innovaphone@..., tech@..., etc.) or private email addresses (such as ...@gmail.com, ...@hotmail.com, ...@web.de, etc.) are not permissible and cannot be processed.


  • Every personal user account can be associated to various company accounts.
    • In case you want to create a new company please press 'Create new company'.
    • Is the company already existing on my.innovaphone.com, kindly ask a responsible person to invite you to this company (button 'invite person', and enter your email address).


  • For every single company, you might now add an independent contract (button 'add contract')
