The websocket URL to the sysadmin can be configured here. This typically has a format like 

ws:(or wss: for TLS)//<sysadmin host name>/SYSADMIN/DEVICES/websocket

If the connecion to the sysadmin is established "Up" and the current number of sessons will be displayed behind the input field.
