PBX event "SETUP to active call". To an active call another SETUP should never be sent. The SETUP is ignored.

This is an event of the fault class 0x27000000, CATCH_TRACE. Which such an event tracing is stopped, so the trace buffer contains the sequence of events leading to this situation.
