Overview

myApps Go! is a cloud-based evaluation environment that allows partners, customers and prospects to quickly experience innovaphone's business applications without requiring a full system installation.

Within a few clicks, users can create their own trial instance and explore the three core business applications Connect, Projects and Working. The platform provides a preconfigured environment that enables immediate testing of communication, collaboration and workplace management features.

The goal of myApps Go! is to simplify onboarding and provide a practical introduction to the innovaphone ecosystem.

Installation

No software installation is required.

Users create a trial environment through the myApps Go! portal. After the provisioning process is completed, the instance becomes immediately available. The environment contains the selected applications and predefined sample data where applicable.

New Users can also be created via the Users Settings Plugin.

Technical Overview

myApps Go! provisions isolated cloud-based trial environments. Each trial instance contains the selected applications and the required backend services to provide a realistic user experience.

The provisioning process is automated and minimizes the administrative effort required to start evaluating the platform.

Technical Concept

The platform is based on an automated provisioning workflow. When a user requests a trial instance, the required services, user accounts and application components are automatically deployed and configured.

The resulting environment is accessible through a web browser and provides immediate access to the selected applications. Via a new Users Plugin in the Settings app, the administrator can create new users, to test the applications with.

By using preconfigured cloud resources, myApps Go! eliminates the need for manual installation and significantly reduces the time required to evaluate innovaphone solutions.

myApps Go! is intended as an evaluation and demonstration platform. While it provides a realistic representation of the available functionality, certain production-specific integrations and customization options may not be available within the trial environment.
