This test attempts an outgoing call with a very small MTU (576 bytes). IF the protocol used to register with the provider is 'udp, the UDP message for the INVITE is cut into several fragments and must be re-assembled correctly on the provider side. Successful call establishment is verified and thus proper re-assembly.

This test is meaningless for providers using tcp or tls, however.
