Here, the physical settings for the analogue door intercom interface can be made:

WT mode: This check box should only be checked if compatibility problems occur with certain terminals.
Activate relay 2 on CONNECT: In normal operation the DOOR interface has two relays that can be activated from the far side by dtmf signal '*' for the first relay and '#' for the second relay. The relays stay activated until a dtmf signal '0' is received from the far side or the call is disconnected or a pre-defined timeout elapses, whatever happens first.

Checking this check box changes the function of the second relay into something completely different : Everytime a connection to the DOOR interface is established, the second relay will be activated and stays activated for the whole duration of the call. It is NOT intended to connect a door opener to the relay in this case ! But it can be used e.g. to connect the second relay to the PTT (Press to talk) switch of a radio in order to switch it from receiving into transmitting mode whenever a call to the DOOR interface is established (Note that the DOOR can also be called from far side).

Timeout for door opener [0-10 sec]: Normally, the activation of the relays is interrupted only when the dtmf signal '0' is received from the far side or the handset is replaced. To avoid damage to the door opener due to overheating, a value (in seconds) can be configured here. The activation is then interrupted automatically after the specified time has elapsed.
