Before starting your v13 Installation we recommend to think about your network and you customers requirements first.
If you want to install a telephony system without any Home Office phones you can just - use IP addresses
If you want to install a telephony system with phones outside your network than you need a Reverse Proxy and DNS Names (extern and intern) 1. If you do not have any internal DNS - use our Cloud system
