Use Cases

Telephone conference with web booking and increased security Through Bosbec, you can create a service that can be used by schools, banks or other types of users who have high demands on security and ease of use.

Create the occasions that can be booked through the service.

Post these on a web where the user can book in.

Increase security by adding a digital ID where the user must enter their ID to enter the conference.

SMS chat to response group A user can be in elderly care, schools, or an incident group where a group of users must receive and be able to respond to an SMS from external parties.

Bosbec integrates with Innovaphone and gets access to one or more specific response groups.

A specific SMS number is assigned to which the external party can reply.

Innovaphone users can easily chat with the external party from My Apps.

Integration with other services Integrations with other services are becoming more and more important. Examples could be an integration with a CRM system where you want to see who is calling or you want to log a call against a customer card in the CRM system.

In Bosbec, you easily build the integration between 2 or more different systems.

Queue system with call back It is not always easy to answer the phone, so it can be good to create a queue when you can call back.

Examples could be doctors' surgeries, dentists, hotels or schools where an external party calls in and a time is automatically assigned when we call back according to a queue system that you can create yourself.

Customer care Net promotor score survey Create automatic survey by randomly calling or texting/emailing customers and asking what they think of service.

Settings can be made so that the survey does not contact the user too often, but that there is a maximum of one contact, for example, every 120 days.
