Bria Software update
Currently your Bria softphone can be updated using two methods:
1. Start Bria and Click on Help -> Check for Updates
Bria will automatically connect to the Counterpath servers and check if a new software version is available. If there is a new version, it will start a download and install process to update the softphone.
2. The second possibility is to download the newest update file from: http://forums.counterpath.com/viewforum.php?f=10
Receiving support for your Bria softphone
innovaphone supports the Bria softhones installed on customer sites. However we need the installed Bria license key, in order to check if the product was bought at an innovaphone reseller and not at Counterpath.
To do so, simply dial ***7469 on your Bria softphone.
In order to find the option "global:license:key" apply "license" as filter.
Copy the value of "global:license:key" and send it with your problem description at support@innovaphone.com
