FAQ: Can I import user data into the PBX from a file?

Answer: Yes, since innovaphone v9 we have option to Export/Import PBX User config in .xml or .csv format. This allows to edit the exported .xml/.csv file and later import back to PBX with new settings.

Note: Using .csv export/import have more limitations than using .xml
