- Comfortable creation of conferences
New conferences can be established using a webinterface. Date and time of the conference are defined and the participants to be invited are entered. The invitation of the participants takes place automatically through an email. By assigning a unique conference-id number the access of unauthorized participants is prevented.
- Simple access by phone from everywhere
The invited participants simply dial up the phone number of the conference server at the time of the conference, enter the assigned conference-id number and are immediately switched into the conference.
- Optional conference control via webinterface
As an option there is the possiblity to control the conference by an operator. He can manage various features of the conference and the participants over a web interface. Participants can be muted oder disconnected. Conferences can be recorded, or the number of participants be limited. After termination of a conference, it can be played back with the assigned conference-id number as many times as desired.
