FAQ:

Do you recommend any optical signalling devices for people with impaired hearing?

Answer:

innovaphone does not have recommended products in this area.

However, after reading some technical specifications of different products, I believe that the best solution would be a wireless signaling system. A signalling system consists of two parts, a transmitter and a receiver. The sender has to register the incoming phonecall. (e.g. by using a microphone to accustically identify an incoming call) The transmitter sends a signal to the receiver (e.g. a lamp), which then will start flashing.
