FAQ:

For an incoming call, when the number is in the PBX LDAP, will I see the name in the IP200 display and how does this perform?

Answer:

Yes, the name would be displayed in the IP200 display. However, it is not recommended to enter external numbers into the PBX (LDAP) database cause this would interfere with intra-PBX call routing. If access to external numbers is desired, an external LDAP server is recommended (e.g. MetaDirectory, see related article).

The performance depends on the LDAP server used.
