Deploying DECT is a tricky task which involves some special know how. Here is how innovaphone supports the resellers with respect to professional deployments.

General Hints for an innovaphone DECT Deployment

DECT deployment kit

A certified partner may carry out an initial DECT Deployment. It is recommended to use the Innovaphone "DECT Deployment Kit" to do this.

The Deployment Kit contains:

  • 1 x IP1200
  • 1 x IP54
  • 1 x IP54 charger
  • 1 x PSU for the charger
  • 1 x DECT Universal mounting bracket
  • 1 x Headset for IP54
  • 1 x Tripod
  • 1 x protective case
  • 1 x portable battery + charger

The articles can be bought from your local distributor.

Article number 88-00010-010 incl. IP1200, currently EUR 1.440,00 plus shipping and VAT.
Article number 88-00010-011 without IP1200, currently EUR 1.040,00 plus shipping and VAT.

Innovaphone – Service Offer DECT Deployment

We recommend that all our partners take advantage of the following service offer, at least when doing your first deployments. The "hands on support" before an installation is in most cases the better choice then "post deployment" support.

Hands-on Support on Site

While DECT deployment is part of the standard innovaphone iCE training agenda, it may still appear difficult to do in a real-life scenario. To help, innovaphone offers the special DECT Deployment Package to the certified resellers iCE.

This package enables the certified resellers iCE to perform a professional on-site DECT deployment, assisted by an innovaphone expert.

innovaphone accompanies the iCE to the customer (onsite) and supports him while he/she carries out the deployment. This can be considered an "on-site training" to the iCE, in-time with the (usually) first DECT installation. Please note that the iCE does the deployment at his endcustomer, the innovaphone expert merely assists the installation. It is thus mandatory that the iCE is onsite when deploying DECT and also that the same iCE is in charge of installing the DECT components. The iCE will receive a "hands on" training by innovaphone.

Warning: If any of these conditions is not fulfilled, innovaphone will charge the partner with the regular fee for onsite technical support

Special price DECT Deployment, fee per day: 490€ plus travel cost, daily expenses and VAT

(on larger installations it is possible that the duration is longer then one day)


Post Deployment

innovaphone accompanies the ICE to the customer (onsite) and assists the iCE in checking and analysing the DECT environment after the installation. It is mandatory that the iCE is onsite when deploying DECT and also that the same iCE is in charge of installing the DECT components.

Warning: If any of these conditions is not fulfilled, innovaphone will charge the partner with the regular fee for onsite technical support
