How-To: Hot-Desking in V13

At Telephon:

In Phone/User-1/General insert here:
Pirmary Gatekeeper
Gatekeper Identifier
In Phone/User-1/Function-Keys create a Functionkey Hot Desking with "Login"-"Logout"-User Config Stored at PBX.
Insert in Services/NTP/ one NTP Server.
Copy from the PBX in General / Devices the Devices App URL and insert it in the phone at same place.

Optional you can roul out this configuration for a large number of phones with the V12-Updateserver.

For the User

In the App Users Admin:
Register Telephone - Hotdesking-Registration
Do a Registration for each User who wants to do Hot-Desking.
In the Advanced Desctop:
For each User: Phone/Function-Keys create a Functionkey Hot Desking with "Login"-"Logout"-User Config Stored at PBX.

Workflow

The Telefoncofiguration shows the Hot-Desking-Button to do a Login.
Then the configuration form the user was load with an identical Button for the logoff.
After the logoff the old phoneconfiguration shows again the Button for the next login.
