Description

Die ASEKO GmbH bietet mit dem Produkt Masterplan BI Suite Webanwendungen an, die den gesamten Prozess rund um die (IP-)Telefonie abdecken.

Die Module bieten u.a. Webshop, Auftragsmanagement, Accounting, Billing und Reporting an. Über Konnektoren (Masterplan Link) können Telefonanlagen verschiedener Hersteller direkt konfiguriert und provisioniert werden. Dabei haben wir einen Funktionsumfang definiert, der den täglichen Betrieb zu beinahe 100% abdeckt.

Durch das Zusammenspiel der Module kann das gesamte User On- und Off-Boarding gemanagt werden, denn neben der Telefonie können auch weitere Bereiche wie IT, Arbeitsplatz und Applikationen in den Prozess mit eingebunden werden.

Wir freuen uns bekanntgeben zu können, dass wir mit dem neuesten Modul auch einen Konnektor zum innovaphone VoIP Gateway bereitstellen. Für das Einrichten, Ändern und Löschen von Teilnehmern, Objekten, Anschlüssen und Gruppen (z.B. Sammelanschluss) sind durch das Masterplan Auftragscenter keine technischen Kenntnisse mehr notwendig.
