FAQ: When using a pass-through fax connection, on Cisco GWs a packetization period is reduced from 20 ms to 10 ms. Can I change packetization value to 10 ms on an IP800, too?
Answer: Thats not possible. There is only a range from 20 ms up to 120 ms available.
