The Alarm "Bad blocks found" is generated on the Linux Application Platform if the linux tool badblocks found bad blocks on your CF card.
This test is not performed on an LAP VM!
As badblocks can be run only in read-only mode on a running system, the detection might not be good.
But if an error is found, you should immediatly create backups of your configuration and databases and replace the CF card!
