This PBX Manager Plugin contains 2 sections:
- Change the Settings for the voicemail objects.
- Add, edit or delete (group) voicemail objects on the PBX.
Change Settings
- User
- User configured on the PBX to authenticate against the webserver on App Platform.
- Password
- Password configured on the PBX to authenticate against the webserver on App Platform.
- Adding an additional character displays an eye-symbol to see the password in cleartext.
- Remark: the displayed password also contains the additionally entered character.
- Delete voicemails after x (days)
- New and stored voicemail messages will be deleted automatically after x days (not applicable when left empty). Deletion-procedure will be triggered on change.
Add a (group) voicemail object
- Name
- Name of Voicemail Object.
- SIP
- SIP of Voicemail Object
- Number
- Number of Voicemail Object
- A Group voicemail is client and server in one person. So you call this number twice. e.g.: Number:803, Call for GroupVM: 803803
- PBX
- PBX of Voicemail Object
- Node
- Node of Voicemail Object
- Default PIN
- The default PIN of this (group) voicemail system. 8765 by default (if not set).
- Email Notification Checkmark
- Check if emails shall be send
- Custom Checkmark
- Check if a custom voicemail is configured
- MWI users (only for Group Voicemail Objects)
- Comma separated list of (SIP/name) names of users whose phones are actively informed about changes in the voicemail.
- Each user has to be a active meber of a new group.
