The Notes App is a Digital note-taking app that lets you manage all your notes in a single place.

PBX Manager Plugins

Notes

With the Notes plugin the Notes App Object can be created, edited and deleted on the PBX.

Concept

Digital notes can be managed with the innovaphone app Notes. The app has a minimalistic feature set and is easy to use. The notes are saved on the server and available on all user's devices.

Features

  • Notes with titles and text content
  • Categorizing with colors

Configuration

  1. Download the Notes App via App Store.
  2. Install the Notes App on the App Platform.
  3. Create an instance in the Notes App on the App Platform.
  4. Make sure the Instance is running.
  5. Create via the PBX Manager Plugin a new Notes App Object and assign the App to authorized users using a config template.
