An outgoing looped call (towards the SIP provider and back) with offered media encryption is tried. It is verified that the returning call from the provider call offers media encryption (SRTP).
Note that this test case only checks if SRTP is offered for on-net calls. If it fails, this is usually not an issue, as the call then is established with no encryption.
