Innovaphone Compatibility Test Report
Summary
SIP Provider: sipcall business
- Features:
- Direct Dial In
- Fax over IP (T.38)
- DTMF
- Supported Codecs by the provider
- G711
- G729
- GSM
- T.38 UDP
The Reverse Media Negotiation is not supported, therefore Media Relay/RTP Proxy must be activated, in order to preventmedia negotiation problems while transfer the calls.
T.38 is stated as supported, but no Fax transfer was possible, due T.38 negotiation problems. The T.38 gateway on provider site exceeds T4 timer of the T.30 protocol. The issue is under review on the provider site.
