FAQ: What is the time to live value used by IP800 in the H.323 gatekeeper registration? Thanks.

Answer: The RAS TTL is 120 seconds (it cannot be configured by the way). An innovaphone endpoint will start refreshing the registration after (120-18) seconds (this is to take care of possible retansmits so that the re-registration will not expire due to transmission failures.

The gatekeeper will send info requests to the client after 120 seconds idle time. This is expected to trigger the client to respond with a registration.
