Answer: The RAS TTL is 120 seconds (it cannot be configured by the way). An innovaphone endpoint will start refreshing the registration after (120-180) seconds (this is to take care of possible retansmits so that the re-registration will not expire due to transmission failures.
The gatekeeper will send info requests to the client after 120 seconds idle time. The client is expected to respond with info resposne messages. If the client does not respond to info request after 7 re-transmission it is assumed as not registered anymore.
